My name is Kathy Thomas. I relocated to Franklin TN from Birmingham several years ago. I have loved design and improving my living spaces since I was very young. During this period, I also became a project manager for my “real” job, because planning is my life. I create spreadsheets to plan family vacations. Yep, I am that person.

So here I am - combining my love of design, experience with creating functional designs/floorplans, and project management skills, to help alleviate some of the renovation stresses for homeowners.
